Some people are motivated by aesthetics and some are motivated by the way they feel. Either way, I believe wellness encompasses mind, body and soul and in order to look and feel our best we need to move with variety, consistency and purpose, fuel our bodies with whole, real, nutrient dense foods, get adequate rest, do things that excite our souls and recharge our minds.
