Strong + Toned Back Workout | LVFITx AD Series (Video)

Welcome back to week 9 of my Summer Workout Series with my best friend Aja Dang! This week we're bringing you a back workout that focuses on your posterior chain. We oftentimes overlook our back exercises, but having a strong back will set you up for success in other exercises and help prevent injury!

The Breakdown:

Repeat each exercise for the prescribed number of reps // Repeat for a total of 3 sets // Head over to Aja's channel for the second half of the workout!
