Hi! My name is Laura Varney and I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and certified yoga instructor in Los Angeles. I specialize in weight loss, body sculpting, strength and functional training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and power vinyasa yoga. I have a passion for all things wellness and love being active. Some of my favorite activities include hiking, sweaty workouts, traveling to new places, brunching with friends and snuggling with my English Bulldog Gus.

I love to switch up my workout routine to include a variety in my regimen including hiking, strength training, yoga, Pilates, kickboxing and running. One of my philosophies is, "As soon as your body starts to adapt, change the routine and challenge it." My program follows this philosophy. It allows you to get in an amazing workout while surprising your body every time.
