Aja and I are super excited to bring you this workout because it involves a couple of our favorite things: lower body exercises and cardio! These exercises will target your glutes, hamstrings and quads and your heart will remain elevated throughout the workout.
Repeat each exercise for the prescribed number of reps // Repeat for a total of 3 sets // Head over to Aja's channel for the second half of the workout!
