15 Minute HIIT Workout | LVFITxAD Series (Video)

You guys! We're on week 8 - I can't believe it! Welcome back to My Summer Workout Series with Aja Dang. This week we're giving you a 15 minute total body HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. You're going to do any exercise for 30 seconds as intensely as possible, take 30 seconds rest and then move on to the next exercise. You'll work your entire body during this workout and break a major sweat!

The Breakdown:

Set your timer for 30 seconds work + 30 seconds rest // Repeat the entire circuit three times // Head over to Aja's channel for the second half of the workout!
